organizations from any of the regions listed, or select “other” and enter an eligible nonprofit organization(s)
• Vote online at www.bangor.com/cmm or return this ballot to any Bangor Savings Bank location or at a nonprofit listed on the ballot
• One (1) ballot or online entry per person• Ballots with votes for more than three (3)

nonsectarian• Operating offices in Maine or New Hampshire• The Bangor Savings Bank Foundation

Community Matters More Time Period• Voting begins February 1, 2018 and ends
February 28, 2018• All paper ballots must be received at any
Bangor Savings Bank location by end of business on February 28, 2018
• Grant winners will be announced in April 2018
About the GrantsA total of 36 grants will be awarded to the organizations listed on the ballot and to the top 9 write–in vote recipients (one per region). The top 2 vote–getting organizations in each region (including write–ins) will receive $5,000 each. The remaining 27 organizations will receive $1,000 each.
Participation as a write–in candidate does not guarantee a grant, and organizations are eligible for one grant only.
