Short sea shipping is a reliable alternative option that bypasses congested surface routes, reduces stress on urban infrastructure, and reduces greenhouse gases in the supply chain. Providing the opportunity to improve productivity, develop new markets, and lower transportation costs, short sea shipping is a sustainable option for today’s environment.
