NEW KEY REGISTRATION SYSTEM

CHANGE DETAILS

For the new key registration system, the following two points have been added to the previous

key registration procedure.

Using an All Toyota Security Center (ATSC) account ID or key registration server account ID,

connect to the key registration server and obtain a passcode

Enter the passcode into the GTS. (If a passcode is not obtained, the key registration

procedure cannot be performed.)

NEW KEY REGISTRATION

1. Dealerships with an Internet Connection

Using the GTS and a key registration server account ID, obtain a passcode from the key

registration server.

NOTICE:

It is necessary to have a registered key registration server account ID in order to connect

to the key registration server. (For details, refer to page 8)

2. Dealerships without an Internet Connection

If the dealership does not have an internet connection, a person in charge of passcode issuance

requests at the distributor will obtain the passcode.

NOTICE:

When requesting a passcode through a person in charge at the distributor, it is

necessary for the person making the request to provide their key registration server

account ID.

The person in charge of passcode issuance requests at the distributor uses an ATSC

account ID, which has previously been registered to the key registration server to

obtain passcodes.

ISSUING A PASSCODE

1. Dealerships with an Internet Connection

a. According to the procedure in the Service Bulletin, select the appropriate items on the GTS and

transmit the vehicle information.

b. Log in with a key registration server account ID.

c. On the Pass-Code Publication screen, select “Work Contents” then select [Request].

d. Enter the output passcode into the GTS and register or delete the key.

2. Dealerships without an Internet Connection

a. Have the person in charge of passcode issuance requests go to “GLOBALTECHSTREAM.com”

(URL: http://globaltechstream.com).

b. Enter the following menus on “GLOBALTECHSTREAM.com”:

[My Page] → (Input Login Information) → [Dealer Key Registration Support]

c. Log in with an ATSC account ID.

d. On the Pass-Code Publication screen, enter the key registration server account ID of the person

who made the passcode request in “Request Person”.

e. Enter the vehicle information provided by the person who made the request in “Input Data”.

f. Select “Work Contents” then select [Request].

g. Contact the dealership which made the request and give them the passcode.

h. Have the person who made the request enter the passcode into the GTS and register or delete the

key.
