These clinic services are primarily provided by local health departments, hospitals and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). The inclusion of any individual or organization in this Directory does not constitute or imply an endorsement by the New Jersey Department of Health. The information contained in the document is from organizations that responded to a "Dental Health Services Survey" conducted by the New Jersey Department of Health. Please note that clinic information is subject to change. The New Jersey Dental Clinic Directory is designed to assist people in accessing dental care.
