Aronia, Grapefruit and Ginger Smoothie Wake up on the bright side with this refreshing grapefruit smoothie that’s boosted with organic aronia berries, matcha powder, beet powder and more!

You will need:½ cup Frontier Organic Fair Trade

Gunpowder Green Tea

1/4 cup Frontier Organic Aronia Berries

1 tablespoon Frontier Organic Beet Powder

1 teaspoon Frontier Organic Japanese Matcha Powder

1 ¼ cups unfiltered apple juice

1 small Ruby Red grapefruit, peeled and segmented

1 ½ teaspoons minced fresh ginger, plus more to taste

¼ medium avocado

2 cups frozen raspberries

to make:1. Place aronia berries in a

small bowl and cover with boiling water. Allow to soak for 10 minutes, then drain.

2. In blender, combine hydrated berries with remaining ingredients. Blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds, until smooth.

Matcha Green Tea Ice Cream with Ginger Get your “zenergy” on with this no-churn, easy, dairy-free green tea ice cream. It is super creamy with a slight zing from the spicy ginger. This unique and enlivening dessert is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.

You will need:1 tablespoon Frontier Organic

Japanese Matcha Powder

3 teaspoons Frontier Organic Vanilla Extract

1 ½ teaspoons Frontier Organic Ground Ginger Root

1 can full fat, unsweetened coconut milk

½ cup brown rice syrup

to make:1. Mix ingredients together in a blender

until thoroughly combined.

2. Line a freezer safe pan with parchment paper or wax paper. A 9 x 5-inch pan loaf pan works well.

3. Pour ice cream mixture into pan and cover with aluminum foil.

4. Place in the freezer overnight to allow to fully freeze.

5. Allow to sit on the counter for 15 minutes to soften before serving.
