I am delighted to introduce to you the wholesale catalogue for Autumn and Winter 2012. We have fantastic new fragrances, new

products and Trend Collections to ensure we are always offering the loyal Yankee Candle® consumers something new to fragrance

not only their homes but their surroundings – wherever they are.

We have decided to call the core Yankee Candle® consumer “Lisa”. Research tells us that her average age is 40 years old and typi-

cally she will have children, a nice home, maybe a pet plus an above average income. She is loyal to the brands she trusts. She wants

to enjoy her shopping experience. “Lisa” is constantly looking for her favourite brands whilst she is shopping and will be looking for

exciting new additions to purchase.

By understanding seasonality, market trends, the consumer mindsets and drawing from our extensive knowledge and continuous

research, we give you the information to ensure your customers are selling the right products and fragrances at exactly the right

time. For the autumn and winter months, Food and Spice fragrances and of course, Festive fragrances should be the focus of your

fragrance mix.

The Trend Collections are also great way to introduce a new and fresh look to your store. As they are Limited Editions, the new-

ness instore can be highlighted with outpost displays teamed with props and POS to really draw attention to the products.

A sure way to capture sales to give the consumers a fantastic shopping experience. To achieve this the key points to remember

are: ensure merchandising and displays are eye catching, informative and tidy! Always add newness to your offering with new

products and fragrances and ensure you are knowledgeable about the brand you are selling. The consumer needs reassurance they

are purchasing a quality brand. In addition, promote the brands and products that you stock. Yankee Candle® do great popular
