Transcript of New Eyes on Nature - WordPress.com · hosting a practical macro photography workshop with fungi...
As part of this year’s Wild Pollinator Count events we’re hosting a practical macro photography workshop with fungi expert and nature photographer Alison Pouliot.
Whether you have a DSLR or a point-and-shoot camera, this introductory workshop will get you started with macro photography, and will also be of interest to those seeking to improve their macro photography skills.
We’ll look at photographic techniques and camera operation in the morning and put our knowledge into practice in the field in the afternoon. Tailored to participants’ interests, we’ll explore both the art and science of visualising and communicating environmental subjects.
When: Sunday 15th November 2015, from 10am to 3pm
Where: Wirraminna Environmental Education Centre, Burrumbuttock (30 mins drive north of Albury)
Cost: $25 including lunch
Places are limited, bookings required.
