Nick Burrin has been designing and creating New England style houses andwhite interiors for the last 20 years. In theyear 2001 he turned his attention todesigning furniture and so New EnglandLifestyle began; inspired by sea-sideclapper board houses, born from a loveaffair of all things white and New England.

All the furniture is designed by Nick andhand made exclusively for them, finishedin satin white. The New England interiorlook is created by using white emulsionwalls and wooden flooring; oak, maple,beech or just simple white painted floorboards, adding a splash of colourthrough curtains, cushions and throws.This back-drop combined with white painted furniture creates a timeless, stylish environment inviting light, tranquillity and space.

Orders placed by telephone or in person will be processed and paid for atthe time of order. If the delivery is delayed by the customer over 28 days,e.g. when moving house or redecorating, then the customer will berequired to pay a 25% deposit at the time of order with the balance due 4 working days before final delivery. Orders that are received via ourwebsite will automatically be paid in full at the time of order through our secure banking system regardless of delivery requirements.

PAYMENTWe accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo and cheques made payable to New England Lifestyle Ltd. If paying by cheque please allow 5 working days for the cheque to clear before delivery.

ORDER CANCELLATIONYou may cancel your order for furniture and/or accessories forany reason up to the point of dispatch and will receive a full refundincluding delivery charge within 30 days.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONFURNITURE If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product and let us knowat the time of delivery we will take it away and refund you the cost ofthe product within 30 days but retain the delivery charge.

If you are not satisfied with your product within 14 days of receipt wewill be happy to offer you an exchange or refund provided that theproducts remain in perfect condition. We will charge a collection fee(equivalent to the delivery charge) to collect the products from you; thecost of the product will be refunded within 30 days of the goods beingreceived back into our warehouse.

ACCESSORIESIf you are not satisfied with your product within 14 days of receipt please return it to us in perfect condition, with its original packaging and with your proof of purchase for a refund or exchange. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product to us. If you prefer, we will arrange to collect the product from youbut the cost of this will be charged to you and may be deducted from any refund to you. We will only refund the costs of postage wherethe item returned is faulty.

DATA PROTECTIONWe reserve the right to store all customer details on our ordering system and a paper copy of your order at our Head Office until such a time we deem it suitable to destroy them. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure all information remains confidential. We will not disclose your personal data to anyone, unless required to do so by a court of competent jurisdiction.

DELIVERY INFORMATIONFURNITUREWe aim to deliver furniture that is in stock between 10-28 days andan estimated delivery date will be given on or soon after your order isaccepted. Prices are per delivery and not per item.

LARGE FURNITURE It is your responsibility to check that there is sufficient access for the products and also for our delivery lorry to reach the delivery address. Please ensure that all entrances, rooms and staircases have been measured accurately, allowing at least 3 extra centimetres for packaging. Please note that our delivery crew will not attempt delivery where damage might occur toyour home or the products, nor will they put themselves at risk of injury. Likewise they will not remove doors or windows. Inthe event that we are unable to deliver your furniture due toinsufficient access, we will refund you the cost of the product but retain the delivery charge.

Accessories We aim to deliver accessories that are in stock within 2-7 working days. Please add a delivery charge of £7 for lighting and accessories.

CUSTOMER COLLECTIONS We do not allow the collection of furniture orders unless they are small items (e.g. a bedside table or mirror) and the customer agrees to take full responsibility for the items as soon as they leave our warehouse.
