Positions in yachf ra�ce log are distorted

HERALD CORRESPONDENT CAPE TOWN - Apple Macintosh was first across the· line in the South Atlantic yacht race. But the position of 3CR12 and a num­ber of other yachts could not be ascer­tained by the communications vessel How­ard Davis yesterday morning.
