Sir , I am directed to convey th e s an c tion of th e Comp ete nt Auth ori ty for p aymen t of Rs . 40.00 lakhs + GST (Rs. Forty lakh plus GST as applicable) to Process Cum Product Development Centre (PPDC), Agra towards th e deput ation of fo rt y one nu mbe rs of IEDS officers of this organi za tion for the training prog ramme from 15 . 12.2019 to 30.12.2019 (14- days) at liM, Indore as per details mentioned in the Annexur e on the terms an d c onditi ons in dicated below: (i) The period spent on training will be tre a ted as duty under FR 9(5 )( b ); (ii) During the period of training the officers/officials shall draw the ir grade pay and such allowances which th ey have dr a wn but for th eir tr ainin g; (iii) Travelling allowance to be allowed as on tour fr om th e place of posting to the place of training and back by the class of accommodation to whic h he/ she is entitled; (iv) DA as per rules. 2. This sanction is also hereby accorded to:- a) Expenditure towards course fcc to the concerned training in stitu te ( as shown in Ann exure of even number) will be paid by Headqu arter Offi ce. (b) Grant of TA/DA payable to the officer, as per his / her entitlement ( subje ct to actual) under the rules and adjustment on submission of final clai m. 3.1. The a bove mentioned course fcc will be pa id by this office on the receipt of pre - re ceipted biii in duplic a te duly affix ed with reve nu e s tamp af t er the trai nin g programme is over. Sir,
I am directed to convey the sanction of the Competent Authori ty for payment of Rs. 40.00 lakhs + GST (Rs. Forty lakh plus GST as applicable) to Process Cum Product Development Centre (PPDC) , Agra towards the deputa tion of forty on e nu mbers of IEDS officers of this organization for the training pr ogramme from 15. 12.2019 to 30.12.2019 (14-days) at liM, Indore as per details mentioned in the Annexure on the terms and conditions indicated below:
(i) The period spent on training will be trea ted as duty under FR 9 (5)(b);
(ii) During the period of training the officers/officials shall draw th eir grade pay and such allowances which they have drawn but for their t rainin g;
(iii) Travelling allowance to be allowed a s on tour from the place of posting to the place of training and back by the class of accommodation to which h e / she is entitled;
(iv) DA as per rules.
2. This sanction is also hereby accorded to:-
a) Expenditure towards course fcc to the concerned training institu te (as shown in Annexure of even number) will be p aid by Headquarter Offi ce.
(b) Grant of TA/DA payable to the officer, a s per his / her entitlemen t (subj ect to actual) under the rules and adjustment on submission of final claim .
3.1. The above mentioned course fcc will be pa id by this office on the receipt of pre-receipted biii in duplica te duly affixed with revenue s tamp after th e training programme is over. The expenditure on course fcc of the sponsored officers/officials is debitable to the Major Head 2851, Minor Head 00.102 Sub Head 98.02.20 Other Administrative Expenses (OAE) under Demand No. 66 for the year 2019-20.
3.2. The expenditure on TA/DA of the nomina ted officers/offic ials is debitable to the Major Head 2851, Minor Head 00.102 Sub Head 98.02.11 DTE - under Demand No. 66 for the year 2019-20 . This s ub head is con trolled a nd monitored centrally by the Hqrs. Office . Hence, the exact amount of TA/DA s pent on tra ining of DC (MSME) officers/officials (limited to the entitlement of the officers / offi cials a s admissible u nder rules) be intimated to Trai ning Division , Hqrs . Office for monitoring/necessary allocation to the field offices .
