• Insured individual savings accounts so that people
did not lose their money if banks failed (closed)

Fair Labor Standards Act

work week and
minimum wage,
prohibited child labor in
certain industries and set
minimum age for child
workers.
Rural Electrification Authority

• Formed to save farmers from defaulting on
their loans
