TCH Industrial Capacity 10” Tube Conveyors

Full tube = big capacity

For big capacity a conveyor needs 2 things - a full tube and a positive, non-slip drive system. With Convey-Allʼs new TCH models you get both for capacity that rivals any auger.

All TCH conveyors come with wider belts. The wider belts gently wrap around the product being conveyed so there is less roll back, the tube is fuller and capacity increases. A standard feature on all 10” and 14” TCH conveyors.

Positive drive system. Non-Slip, self-tensioning.

Works in all conditions including wet and frost. Automatically adjusts to place only enough tension on the belt to drive the load.

TCH1090 swing out. Shown with available hydraulic mover on swing out.

• Big capacity TCH 1000 series with 10” tube and 16” belt conveys up to 5000 bu./hr. in cereals and 6500 bu./hr. with beans. Easily powered with a 30 hp compact tractor.

• Lower power requirements. Because of less friction, the conveyor uses less horsepower than conventional methods. Generally about 20 - 50% less power is required.

• Positive, non-slip, self-tensioning drive system.

• All undercarriages are heavy duty and built to last for the life of the conveyor.

TCH 14115A - The ideal piling conveyor. With a high capacity operating angle of 20º the discharge height is 36’4” and the distance from the axle to the discharge point on the ground is 59’3”.

When outside piling, or bunker storage, of beans, corn or any other grain is necessary, Convey-Allʼs TCH 1400 series tube con-veyors are up to the task! Convey-Allʼs easily portable, long reaching conveyors, in lengths up to 120ʼ, make quick work of any job involving outside piling or bunker storage.

These time-saving, long-reach conveyors mean fewer moves are needed because of buried axles.

Manufactured in lengths from 35ʼ to 120ʼ.

Industrial capacity is what the TCH series of conveyors from Convey-All are all about. The 22” wide belt in the 14” tube gently hugs the product so there is less roll back and more capacity. Up to 10,000 bu./hr. in cereals or 12,000 bu./hr. in beans. Dump a semi-trailer in 5 or 6 minutes. Capacity that rivals any auger and thereʼs minimal or no product damage.

Conveyors With Low Profile Hoppers

TCGN & TCSNH Series• These 2 series are designed with low profile, extra long reach hoppers to fit under bulk trailers, hopper bottom bins and other load out areas. Ideal for loading trucks, tenders, air seeder commodity carts and more.

• The TCGN series has a 10” tube with a 12” wide belt for a capacity of up to 3500 bu./hr.

• The TCSNH series has a 10” tube with a 16” wide belt for a capacity of up to 5000 bu./hr. in cereals or 6500 bu./hr. in beans.

• Both series are available with gas, diesel, electric, hydraulic or PTO drives. Gas drive shown. Note the low mounting for stability and easy service access.

• The TCSNH 1045 is available as a totally self contained conveyor. You get gas or diesel driven hydraulics with hydraulic up and down control of both ends, hydraulic belt drive and a hydraulically driven moving kit on the conveyor (as shown on page 7).

The TCSNH 1045 is available as a totally self-contained unit with hydraulic belt drive and a moving kit. Mounted low for stability, comes with a large fuel tank and a large steel hydraulic oil reservoir. Can be gas or diesel driven.

Controls are mounted so you can see both ends of the conveyor for positioning. Hydraulically driven mover makes it easy for one person to position the conveyor. Comes with hydraulic steering and hydraulic up and down control of both ends. Being self-contained there is nothing else to hook up. Just drive it into position and it is ready to go to work.

These two options are recommended in seed treating applica-tions. The powered brush belt cleaner helps keep the belt clean by brushing off sticky or wet product. The brush is easily adjusted to apply the right amount of pressure or it can be backed off when not required.

CST-C Commercial Seed TenderThese multi-compartment tenders, with conveyor load out, can be used to transport various

fertilizers and seed(s). The conveyor helps ensure no seed damage or cross contamination.Because there is only one set-up for your fertilizer(s) and seed(s) it greatly reduces the time it

takes to fill your seeding equipment. As a result youʼll seed more acres per day.With up to 5 compartments youʼve got big capacity and the ability to service all your seed-

ing equipment and floaters with different products all on the same trip. This will save trucks and drivers.

Ideal for farmers as well as bulk seed and fertilizer dealers. Available with stainless steel components.

Positioning Camera The available camera, mounted on the unloading conveyor, helps the truck operator know where his target is. The camera is equipped with a microphone and the in-cab monitor is equipped with a speaker. This helps the truck operator hear directions from a second person.

Self Contained Hydraulic Power Pack Comes with its own self-contained hydraulic power pack. Gas or diesel engine, large steel hydraulic oil reservoir and large fuel tank.

On units mounted directly onto a truck frame, the CST can use the truckʼs hydraulics if so equipped.

The unloading conveyor has over 25ʼ of hydraulically controlled, side to side swing. This al-lows you to fill all the compartments on your air seederʼs commodity cart with one set-up. It also gives you more control when filling rail cars, etc.

With the available wireless remote you can control the entire process from the air seeders commodity cart. No running up and down. Wireless remote functions include: raise, lower and swing the conveyor into position - stop and start the conveyors - open and close gates. A bank of “open” and “close” gate lights come with the wireless remote.

Yes, the CST-C was designed to increase the effi ciency of fi lling seeding equip-ment. But, once purchased, farmers are fi nding they can use their CST-Cʼs year round.

It can receive grain from the combine or grain cart the same as any other bulk hauler. When fi lling the back of the CST the unloading conveyor swings to the side for better access. The unloading conveyor can be removed if required.

Unloading is fast. 2 tons per minute, which means youʼll have the 40ʼ model un-loaded in 20 minutes. And remember, there is only one set up. You donʼt waste time moving the truck to empty the next hopper.

As for capacity - the 40ʼ model holds over 1,000 bushels so it will pay on your longer hauls to market.

CST TendersThis series of Convey-All® CST tenders can be used to fi ll

fl oaters, fertilizer spreaders, lower air seeder commodity carts and more.

When mounted on a standard 36” high truck frame or trailer youʼll have 9ʼ10” of clearance under the discharge chute with a 25º operating angle. Clearance increases to 12ʼ at a 30º operating angle.

Available with 2, 3 or 4 compartments so you can haul a wide variety of different products on the same trip. And, with conveyor load out there is less risk of cross contamination or product damage.

Manufactured in 4 sizes from 608 cu. ft. with a capacity of 490 bu. or 18.24 tons to 1216 cu. ft. with a capacity of 975 bushels or 36.48 tons.

The 16, 18 and 20ʼ models are manufactured for a 34” rail mount, which is your standard truck frame. The 32ʼ model is avail-able with a 40” rail mount, which is your standard trailer frame, or an 8ʼ deck for hauling on a step deck and selected other trailers.

All Convey-All BTS Seed Tenders feature conveyor load-out. The conveyor ensures gentle handling so thereʼs no seed damage - even with delicate, extra dry seed. The conveyor is faster than a brush type auger and it can also be used for granular herbicides and fertilizer.

The new BTS 290 is built for productivity. You donʼt have to back up to fi ll most planters. Simply pull along side the rear of the planter, swing the conveyor into position and you are ready to fi ll.

The swinging conveyor feature is standard. It is designed to save you time by giving you more reach. Even with the larger planters you shouldnʼt have to move the tender. The conveyor effortlessly swings from transport to working position. Set-up is fast and easy.

WT-290 Weigh Wagon / Retail Seed Delivery

10” dia. tube with 16” wide belt gives you fast unloading. 12’ high discharge easily reaches virtually any truck or bulk trailer.

The WT290 is designed to be used as a weigh wagon. The 10” dia. conveyor tube with 16” wide belt gives you fast unloading at harvest time up to 4,000 lbs./min. The 12ʼ discharge height easily reaches most trucks and bulk trailers.

Conveyor load out allows you to use the WT290 for any crop, including those with delicate seeds, as well as granular herbicides and fertilizer.

In addition to using the WT290 as a harvest time weigh wagon, it is also ideal when seeding test plots. Now you can weigh the same amount of seed or fertilizer for each test plot.

SPECIFICATIONS:With the exception of the discharge tube which is designed with

harvest speed capacity and a higher discharge, Convey-Allʼs WT290 Seed Tender/Weigh Wagon is based on the BTS290 Seed Tender. Specifi cations for the BTS290 Seed Tender are listed on page 15.

Although Convey-Allʼs Mini Scale Tower can be used with any dry, flowable product and has a wide range of continuous flow scale applications it is ideal for use in seed treating lines.

The Mini Scale Tower is computer controlled. Simply enter the number of lbs. of seed required. The Mini Scale tower delivers a continuous flow of weighed seed to the seed treater. The computer turns the system off when the required weight of seed has been treated.

Compared to traditional batch systems the Mini Scale Tower reduces weighing and treating time by over 40%.
