Bill Roy has been working in the field of teaching and training for over thirty years. He has established himself as an accomplished training specialist, facilitator and executive coach. He works almost exclusively with blue chip organisations locally and internationally who have a significant global footprint. Bill has lived and worked overseas in countries such as Brazil, United Arab Emirates, Nigeria, Lebanon and the U S. In 2012 he established an operating base in Colombo where he has been leading his team in delivering innovative training and development solutions for Sri Lanka’s top 5 banks in particular. In 2016 his operations will expand into India and The Maldives.Bill has acquired a wide range of academic and professional qualifications and is licensed to deliver a large portfolio of cutting edge psychometric tools. He is a member of the Institute of Leadership and management and a founding member of the Association For Coaching In Ireland.

John Hill is a seasoned and multi-disciplined business professional, with a background in blue chip sales, marketing, business development, and international sales, which includes a number of successful start-up ventures. John specialises in coaching, leadership training, and building psychological capital both for individuals and organisations. He also is an accomplished trainer in professional selling skills, emotional intelligence and motivational leadership. His training style focuses not just on the principles of each discipline, but also the practice, so that each attendee will complete their training engagement with evidence of tangible goal achievement.John holds an Advanced Certificate in Psychological Coaching from the Centre of Coaching, London (accredited by Middlesex University). He is a member of the Association of Coaching, the Institute of Leadership and Management and the International Society of Coaching Psychologists. He is an Accredited Executive Coach with the Association of Coaching.

Andrew Toogood has over 16 years’ experience in the commercial and non-profit sectors. He gained significant commercial experience over a decade working in Corporate Banking for a large multi-national banking group. Having led large teams and managed significant client bases His approach is down to earth, humorous and he has a natural ability to motivate & inspire his audience. Andrew's teaching videos & podcasts are currently watched & downloaded many tens of thousands of times in over 75 countries around the world. He uses media & practical examples to help everyone from graduate recruits to Board members & CEO’s in their own ability to inspire & lead. With experience of speaking to audiences of 50 to 2000+ Andrew has worked in the USA and Europe as both a speaker and coach.
