IntroductionBusiness Quizzing is big business. In India, that is. Major companies sponsor both in-house and open business quizzes, some of the most well-known quiz masters almost exclusively conduct business quizzes, and winnings in cash and other goodies of some very well-known specialist business quizzers regularly equal their usual income from their jobs (assuming they are employed). But, where quizzing in general is looked upon by most ‘normal’ people as something nerds do to pass their time and try to look cool, business quizzing is considered even by many quizzers as something accessible only to B-schoolers, or a few under-graduate students and working professionals. The fact that business questions do not very often have the much sought ‘workability’ factor does not help matters. So, this series is an effort to make business quizzing more accessible (at this stage, we hope it is going to be a series). A lofty goal if there was any, but I hope as you go through these questions, alone or with friends, you will realize that business quizzing, like all quizzing, is essentially a lot of fun.

Introduction (cont’d.)If you are already a regular business quizzer, most of these questions would be a tad easy for you. I still hope that will not take away from the fun factor. If you are not, you could use this fairly substantial collection to brush up on some facts, maybe even prepare for the next quiz near you.

Most of these questions have been collected from the many quizzes I have conducted for a wide range of audience and participants – school students, housewives, non-regular-quizzer-working professionals, college students, and more. What I have figured is that you just need to be interested in what happens around you to enjoy these.  For feedback (or if you want to hire a quizmaster), please mail us at [email protected]. We are also on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/Quizmasters.India/ MnA Knowledge SolutionsMay, 2016
