• Complete co-ordination of client-candidate interview process.

• Assistance in negotiating the terms of employment prior to the formal written offer.

• Post appointment interaction to ensure candidate’s successful integration into organization.

• Regular review sessions with clients to ensure right track of search process.

• Feedback to the clients on level of difficulty in obtaining the desired profile in terms of required time, compensation etc.

• Rates exclusive of taxes and the applicable taxes can be added to the above amount while submitting invoices.

• Payment Terms: Within 30 days of candidate joining.• If the candidate quits within 3 months of joining, free replacement will be provided

within a month.• All information relating to the client & the candidate shall be kept confidential. • If CV sent is considered for any other position or same position within 6 month , above

recruitment fee will be applicable.
