Mentor organises for mentee to meet with senior contacts from their own networks to discuss career options. **

Mentee identifies future role they are interested in –mentor assists in ‘networking’ to meet someone in that role.

Mentee and mentor review the mentee’s contact list across different areas – identify ways to expand/strengthen.
