In order to help students select the right activity I have included a brief description of each activity where appropriate. Please can you discuss your child’s choices with them before completing the form below indicating your child’s first, second and third choice to help avoid any changes at the start of term. The completed form should be detached and returned to your child’s class teacher by Monday 13 March. In addition can I please ask that all parents that are collecting students from extra-curricular activities, do not arrive at the school for pick-up until 16:00.
