About Us:

NETSPIDER INDIA is into providing end to end Document Imaging & Management Solutions

(DIMS). We specialise in executing time bound Large Scale Scanning, ICR (Automated Forms

Processing) and RMS (Records Management) projects both onsite and offsite.

We are value added distributors of Intelligent Recognition and Form Processing solutions, SDKs

and Document Scanners to ensure that customers get the best technology at affordable cost.

We use our domain expertise and technology from various international principals to guarantee

customers end to end solutions right from document generation to physical and electronic

document storage and retrieval.

Efforts have been made to select the products from various international companies and distribute

it through Channel Partners. Companies like ABBYY, Canon, Pericom, QMS, Pegasus Imaging,

Systran Soft, Microform, I2S, Entensys and many more.

Market segment & Competition

India is a profitable market for document management and it has been growing around 35 per cent

every year. The size of the market is expected to grow to about Rs 1000 crore by 2010. There is a

huge growth in every sector and thus document management is sure to become important

NETSPIDER INDIA services niche market segment where there are only a few players in the field of

large Scale scanning and Automated Forms Processing. At NETSPIDER INDIA, we focus on using the

Innovative technology in our projects and services and thus reducing the operating cost for our

customers.

Other companies in the same space include CMC, TCS, Vakrangee, Satyam, Newgen, Xerox ( XGS),

Kores, HCL, PCS, and Wipro etc.

Target customers & Opportunity

Any organization with 500+ employees engaged in creating physical documents will be our target

customers.

Research shows 34 percent of employee productivity time is spent on creating documents, 86

percent on searching for a correct document at that point of time, and 90 per cent of thecommunication they do with the end customers is done with the help of these documents.

According to research done by IDC and Gartner, in a large organization, 80% of total business

activity is supported by documents. More than 90% of customer communication happens through

documents. Apart from this, 30% of the total labour cost goes to printing expenses, and enterprises

are spending around 3% of revenue in managing their printing output

Hence documents and its management become a mission critical application.

Distribution

NETSPIDER INDIA caters to the requirements of large and mid-sized and small enterprises,

providing them with document scanners ranging from Flatbed to 400 Images per minute scanner,

microfilming scanners and other specialized scanning equipments and software relating to OCR and

Document Management.

These offerings are marketed directly as well as through channel partners in various parts of India

Projects

NETSPIDER INDIA takes various projects which are either of large scale or technically complicated

in nature and delivers them within the defined timelines of our customer, thus clearing the backlog

and bringing customers online with their business. The projects are done both onsite and offsite.

We have executed OPEPA project which gotPrime Ministers award in public excellence and we

are executing largest project in Document Imaging and Management Solutions Market in India for

Ministry of Defence (CGDA).

Services

NETSPIDER INDIA provides end to end Document Imaging & Management Solutions (DIMS) and

helps clients reduce costs and create value by consulting customers in making right combination of

technology, process and outsourcing needed for their industry. Our services catalyses the Business

process reengineering efforts for customers resulting in better productivity and profitability.
