2. Spring ISD Consists of 26 Elementary Schools 7 Middle Schools 6 traditional 1 math, science, fine arts academy 6 High Schools 3 traditional 1 early college 1 career academy 1 online learning 3. The VISION and MISSION ofSpring ISD By 2015, Spring ISD will be recognized nationallyas a leader among learning organizations andknown for exemplary student achievement. The principal goal of the District is to developstudents who excel academically, reason andsolve problems rationally, and act responsibly,displaying good character and citizenship. 4. Division Mission of Public Relationsand Technology Promote Spring ISD as a nationally recognizedlearning organization and mobilize Districtresources to achieve the District vision. 5. Spring ISD 5-year Technology Plan Spring ISD does NOT have a specific technologyplan. However, Spring ISDs 5-year Strategic Plan for2010-2015 includes some plans for technology. The goals and objectives in Spring ISDs 5-yearStrategic Plan can relate somewhat to the goals inthe National Educational Technology Plan, butwithout incorporating the use of technology. 6.
