The Boulder Group is pleased to exclusively market for sale a single tenant net leased Walgreens property located within the Chicago MSA. The 13,905 square foot Walgreens is located in the southern portion of the Chicago MSA (24 miles from downtown Chicago). This is a proven location for Walgreens as evidenced by a recent lease extension. The extension solidifies Walgreens’ lease through January 2030.
