The 22-storey iconic Tolworth Tower will be upgraded and converted into 108 new homes, 68 serviced

apartments and 52,959 sq.ft of prime, refurbished office space, while retaining the existing Marks & Spencer

and Travelodge on the site.

New buildings will be constructed on the Broadway, delivering 200 new homes, of which a proportion would

be affordable housing, and 962 sq.m (10,354 sq.ft) of high quality new retail space along Broadway Road,

with significant public realm and car parking improvements.

UDP Number one site in Sutton next to the train station. Currently under construction, Sutton

Point will provide a mixed use scheme of 332 units, 20,000 sq.ft retail, 80 bedroom hotel, 59

services apartments, 24,000 Sq.Ft of office space and health and fitness centre. There are

250 parking spaces on site as well as desirable amenity space with a central piazza.

This Grade II listed central Kingston landmark, purchased unconditionally in 2014.

Planning permission has now been granted for a mixed use development consisting of 3 floors of

contemporary residential accommodation, 3,500 Sq.ft dance studio, 5,600 sq.ft office space, 5,500 sq.ft

children's play area, 15 serviced apartments and a basement car park, conferencing for 1000 people and a

200 seat ‘Signature’ restaurant.

Enabling works completed, start on site September 2015.

Kings Point is located in the centre of Reading, by the river Kennet. The site was a disused

office building.

The scheme achieved planning permission in May 2015 for an 18 storey building consisting

of 103 residential units, with parking and a retail and public realm Piazza.
