The primary users of the site are the groups in our community most likely underserved or underinsured.
The secondary users of the site are organizations and other third parties looking to donate funds to NHS.

NHS Client & Audience AnalysisNHS Client & Audience Analysis
• When we analyzed our primary users of the site, we discovered that many of the clients maybe utilizing older computer equipment and working with dial-up internet. The primary user goals for this site are to gain general information about NHS, such as hours of operation, location, services, etc.
• The secondary users of the site are organizations and other third parts looking to donate to NHS

DHTML NAV.COLOR & TABLES FRAMES
The info was organized into broad sections. Then it was broken down using the DHTML menu.
Navigational structure is simple. The majority of the links are on the side & static on every page.
NHS chose the color scheme & the website was created entirely with the uses of html tables.
The use of tables give the appearance of frames, but allows for better usability.

Lessons Learned w/ Project NHSLessons Learned w/ Project NHS
“You think you know. But, you have no idea!”
At first, our group envisioned a website project that involved simple communication, simple content development, simple website design and a perfect final project. We looked at this project with ease.

Lessons Learned w/ Project NHSLessons Learned w/ Project NHS
Other related things we learned:Other related things we learned:
• The content from the organization is all bundled together, and breaking down that information takes time.
• Designing a user friendly information design and making it look really cool and cosmetically pleasing is hard!
• Group communication can some times be a problem. Not ever member checks email as regularly as another.
• Collaborative brainstorming is difficult. We al have different ideas, and making every member happy is sometimes a menacing task.

Group 12 would like to take this opportunity to give thanks to Inzlea Smith-McGlockton for
all her help with the website content and development. It would not have been
finished without her.
I would like to say thanks to all my group 12 members for the hard work they put in on
this project. We did a fantastic job.
