From the tried and tested house favourites to the occasionally downright wacky.

Please ask at the bar for today’s recommendations.

Pleased To Meet You 8.50Our signature cocktail served in a champagne saucer, with Gabriel Boudier Saffron Gin, Yellow Chartreuse, Licor 43 and Disaronno Amaretto. Stirred until ice cold, served with a spray of orange blossom flower water.

Black Berry Had a Child 7.50The damn thing went wild. This one might just surprise you. A sweet cocktail cloaked in a black veil of secrecy. Hoxton gin with Koko Kanu coconut rum, lemon juice, raspberry syrup, Coco R’eal, egg white and a sprinkle of black magic.

Cranberry and Calvados Daiquiri 7.50Fresh cranberries are muddled with sugar before being combined with Boulard Calvados, Santa Teresa Claro Rum, Briottet Manzana Verde Liqueur, fresh lime juice and a splash of apple juice.

it’s not Terry’s 8.50Like things bitter? Then you’ll love this version of a Negroni. Sweet Antica Formula vermouth infused with cacao nibs, Chase Seville Orange gin and Campari. Seville oranges are kind of bitter, so are cacao nibs, and do we need to say anything about Campari?

Mary Phillips 8.00Humphrey Bogart’s second wife liked a drink herself. Sometimes before, occasionally during, and often after treading the boards. So here’s a Martini in her honour using Edinburgh Gin, apricot brandy, Edinburgh Raspberry Gin, fresh grapefruit juice and gomme syrup.

Me & Bobby McGee 8.00Janis Joplin would have approved of this one – if she were a millennial hipster that is. Goji berry infused Southern Comfort with Luxardo Limoncello, Licor 43, fresh orange juice, a touch of sugar syrup (but not too much) and lengthened with soda.

Dita On The Rocks 7.50Floral Bloom Gin, made by a female master distiller, with St Germain Elderflower liqueur, sweet rose syrup, apple juice and lemon juice all shaken up and served on the rocks with a ribbon of cucumber and a wink.

Cherry Bakewell 7.50Did someone say pudding? If you like a bit of a tart, you’ll love this. Hint: It’s not Mr Kipling’s. We started with DiSaronno and added cherry flavours with Braekmans Kriek Jenever and Luxardo Sangue Morlacco, with a splash of sumptuous cream and egg white to fluff it all up.

violet Martini 8.00A contemporary classic that might remind you of a certain childhood sweet. Consisting of Russian Standard Vodka, Stolichnaya Vanilla Vodka, Stolichnaya Raspberry Vodka and Crème de Violette plus a splash of violet syrup, this one is sure to heighten the senses.

Burnt Crumble 8.00Goslings Black Seal Rum, Crème de Cacao, ButterscotchSchnapps, apple juice, lemon juice, a splash of caramel syrup and a spritz of Ardbeg 10 y/o. Sweet with a smokey nose.

a Date with Rhubarb 8.00One for dessert, we’ve surprised ourselves with this creation. An infusion of crème de cacao with dates, then combined it with Goslings black seal rum, Rich Madeira, Edinburgh Rhubarb and Ginger liqueur and rhubarb bitters for a short and sweet sipper.

The Flowerbed 7.50Using Stolichnaya Vodka, Stolichnaya Vanilla Vodka, White Crème de Cacao and rose syrup with a spray of orange blossom flower water. This floral martini with its garnish of rose petals is like a walk in the park on a summer’s afternoon.

Bonne Bouche Sour 8.00Translating literally as “nice taste”, for this sour we have used our own homemade strawberry bon bon infused Russian Standard Vodka, Fitzpatrick’s Blood Tonic Cordial, lemon juice and gomme. Served short with crushed ice.

Pear and Banana Mojito 8.00You want a mojito but you want to mix it up a little? How about this flavoursome twist? We’ve taken banana flavoured Bumbu rum and made a mojito out of it with added pear.

whiskey Snap 7.50Starting with a godfather cocktail of Jamesons Irish Whiskey and Disaronno Amaretto, we add ButterscotchSchnapps, almond syrup and half ‘n’ half before shaking it all up and serving it short.

Joan Collins 8.00Let’s face it, Joan Collins is a little fruity, as is this long refreshing drink. A freshly adapted take on a Tom Collins, using Hoxton Pink Grapefruit and Coconut Gin, Crème dePeche, peach pureé, fresh pink grapefruit juice and peachbitters finished with a splash of soda.

Eden Martinez 8.00A martini with a difference. We’ve taken Hendrick’s gin with its classic cucumber flavour and stirred it down with Lillet blanc and a house made cucumber and mint shrub. We like to think of this as a savoury martini that will get your umami taste buds jumping.

The Lumberjack 8.50A nutty twist on a Manhattan, with Knob Creek small batch bourbon, Briottet Chestnut Liqueur, Frangelico Hazelnut Liqueur and Aztec chocolate bitters all stirred up and served short with a 70% dark chocolate garnish.

watermelon Spritz 8.00Summer in a glass. The Spritz with glitz. Fruity flavours of watermelon, Rinquinquin peach liqueur and Lillet Blanc vermouth topped off with the citrus and pear bubbles of our house prosecco from Valdobbiadene.

East by north East 8.50Tanqueray Gin, Yuzu, Lindisfarne Mead, lemon juice, Fentimans Ginger Beer, gomme and mint. Served in a julep tin with a mint sprig, and juniper berries.

Tokyo Plum Sour 8.50Think whisky sour with an Oriental fruity twist. Buffalo Trace Bourbon with Umeshu Plum Sake, damson jam, lemon juice, gomme, egg white and Dr Elmegirab’s Spanish Bitters. Served straight up.

Sweet Kriek Manhattan 8.50A drink to savour for sure. We’ve combined the savoury notes of Bols Genever from Holland with Lillet Rouge vermouth, a Liefmans cherry beer reduction and a couple of dashes of chocolate bitters. Who needs Amsterdam (or even New Amsterdam?)
