About QCAT
• QCAT actively resolve disputes and make decisions about certain matters.
• The local Magistrates Court is the first point of contact for suburban Brisbane and non‐Brisbane QCAT clients.
• Approximately 30,000 applications lodged annually.
• QCAT is not a court.

Resolution Act 2011 does not apply to pool fences.
