A non-traditional career option forpostdocs
How does one coach and referpostdocs toward career paths wedo not know or understand? Wemay have heard certain keyphrases at a conference orread about a profession in one ofour multiple associationpublications to which we subscribe, but at theend of the day, how do we justify our description ofeach potential career and the pros/cons of it,when our direction could very well be what spursand helps determine someone else's entirecareer? Well, to help us gain a wider frame ofreference for just these types of situations, here isyour opportunity to learn about another potentialcareer profession.
