the daily bench mark prices for commodities traded on
domestic commodity exchanges.
We have set up over 550 Automatic Weather Stations (AWS) across
the length and breadth of the country to provide weather
intelligence to financial institutions for facilitating weather insurance
products in the country. We provide near real time Weather Data
and Weather Forecast for a given geographical co-ordinate.
We assess standing crop condition, acreage and forecast yields
using simulation models, remote sensing and GIS technologies.
We provide commodity price perspective for short, medium and
long-term periods by analyzing the complex market dynamics
in terms of fundamental, technical and econometric analysis.

The National Collateral Management Services
Limited (NCMSL) is the country's leading
organization providing a bouquet of services to
manage risks across various stages of commodity
and inventory handling under a single umbrella.
Incorporated in 2004, under the provisions of the
Indian Companies Act, 1956, NCMSL is a governed
by an independent and professional Board. Each of
our promoters and shareholders are either reputed
and leading banks or organizations, viz. ACE
Geneva, Bank of India, Canara Bank, Corporation
Bank, HAFED, HDFC Bank, Indian Bank, IFFCO, Karur
Vysya Bank, NCDEX, Punjab National Bank and Yes
Bank. Our pan-India operations help us provide
commodity handling and risk management services
to clients across the country. We are geared to
handle operations encompassing the sale,
purchase, trading, and movement of commodities &

NCMSL offers modern, scientific and IT enabled
storage and preservation services for the entire range
of commodities. Our warehouses spread across the
country issue credible and reliable warehouse receipts
and are accredited by the National Commodity and
Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX) for accepting physical
deliveries of commodities traded in the commodity
futures market.
Our warehouses are manned by qualified and
professional staff. Each of our warehouses serve as
commodity multi link points (CMPs) providing a
package of services, including dematerialization and
materialization of physical stocks of commodities,
testing & certification and funding against warehouse
receipts. We are present in 16 states across India and
In the non-agricultural segment we provide multi-model single window supply chain solutions for all
verticals – telecom, FMCG, consumer durables, white goods, industrial, automobile, pharma and food
processing across India. With value added services such as reverse logistics, vendor managed inventory,
hub and spoke distribution management etc. our comprehensive range of services minimizes the cost to
clients in their distribution management. Our warehouses are connected to a centralized database which
enables us to meet all the requirements of clients, including an on-line MIS. Our warehouse processes
have earned us ISO 9001:2008 certification.

Our endeavor is to provide to every farmer price support and a better price realization with transparent
and efficient procurement processes. Our procurement team consists of agri-profressionals with
experience in handling agricultural commodities in various parts of the country. With over four years
experience in handling logistic-intensive procurement operations for the FCI, NCMSL also offers
procurement services and complete supply chain solutions to bulk consumers and large end users.

Collateral Management and Commodity Finance
NCMSL has been a pioneer in providing collateral management
services to banks. These services have assisted industries,
traders and farmers in financing their capital requirements at
various stages of the supply chain ranging from pre-harvesting
to the marketing and export stages. We also offer premium
services for working capital financing in commodity-based
industries, especially agro-based industries.
We have been able to facilitate timely finance against
agricultural and industrial commodities. NCMSL also
provides warehouse receipt financing for commodities
stored in NCMSL warehouses. With our innovative field
warehousing model we facilitate financing on stocks
warehoused at the borrowers' own storage structures.
We work in partnership with 20 leading banks and in more
than 350 locations across the country. Our collateral
management services have ISO 9001:2008 certification.

the GOI and by agencies like State Trading Corporation of India (STC) and FCI as “Technical
Consultant” in providing market and trade intelligence on the global cash and derivative commodity
markets since August 2005. Our expertise in providing consultancy and advisory services extend to
providing IT solutions and MIS to the entire warehouse management system.
Our testing and certification services functions under the brand name of “CommGrade”. In the short time since its establishment in August 2005, CommGrade has acquired a nation-wide reputation of trustworthiness and integrity for its testing and certification services. The use of world-class equipments coupled with professional expertise and state of the art laboratory facilities across the country help us deliver zero error and quick test results for the following products:
The integrity of our processes has earned us quality certification from TUV for implementing Quality
Management System as per ISO 9001:2008. The lab has accreditation from National Accreditation Board
for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) for successfully implementing ISO 17025:2005. Spices
Board of India, under the Ministry of Commerce has also recognized and accredited CommGrade lab for
testing spices and condiments. CommGrade holds professional membership of American Association
for Cereal Chemistry (AACC), Association of Analytical Community (AOAC), Association of
Microbiologists of India (AMI) and Association of Food Scientists and Technologists India (AOFST). Our
central laboratory is located at Hyderabad and eight Sat-labs across the country at Sriganganagar,
