The Deputy Manager (TNHSP Projects), Electronics Corporation of Tamil Nadu Limited, Chennai, Tamil Nadu had conducted the
Pre-Bid meeting. At the outset the Deputy Manager (TNHSP Project) welcomed everybody attending the Pre-Bid meeting for theNCB No.
ELCOT /NW / 32687 / TNHSP Phase III / NCB /AG68 – P3H5 /Rev - Server / 2013-14for Supply of New Infrastructure, Redeployment
of Existing Infrastructure, Migration, Integrate and Rollout the Integrated Architecture, Commissioning, Maintenance and Support with On-
Site & Off-Site resources through a Single Point Service Provider. A brief status about the project was presented before the audience.
A special meeting on 2nd
April was organized to provide clarity to the SIs, OEMs and the details required were provided by TCS, TNHSP and
ELCOT.
The members representing the bidders were asked to furnish their queries in written format so that the replies to the same can be
provided by the Purchaser. The members representing the bidders submitted their queries in written format. The meeting ended with a vote of
thanks to the chair.As per request of many bidders (Sis and OEMs) a special meeting was organized by ELCOT to answer the required
clarifications by TCS, TNHSP and ELCOT so that the Corrigendum / Amendment is issued with more clarity.
Replies to the queries are presented in Table 1 and Amendment / Addendum to the bid document in Table 2 and they become part of
the tender document.

TNSDC and TNHSP.

It is proposed that the new vendor
finalized for Phase-3 need to re-use
existing
infrastructure wherever applicable,
, support migration, supply new

support the Integrated Architecture

service provider as a Turnkey
solution.
In view of the above arrangement,
the present AMC service provider
M/s.HCL (of 10
Servers etc procured in Phase-1)
and the present Warranty Service
Provider M/s.Accel
Frontline Ltd (including the 6
Servers procured and upgradation
and redeployment in Phase-
2) have to support the new team
without affecting the smooth
functioning of the project
deliverables. Any support to the
existing infrastructure required
should be undertaken by the
new vendor by support transfer
from the present service provider
at the already agreed rates
or any mutual agreed rates during
the contract period as desired by
the Purchaser / customer
/ Government at an appropriate
