• Sept.14, 2007 - NCAA Orientation Videoconference.

• Sept. – Oct. 2007 - Subcommittees meet to discuss duties and responsibilities for completing the self-study.

• Nov. 2007 – Jan. 2008 - Subcommittees gather, interview and analyze information.

• Jan. 22, 2008 - Steering committee meeting/teleconference to discuss subcommittees work on self-study.

• Feb. – Mar. 2008 - Subcommittees continue to gather and analyze information, begin preparing self-study.

• Mar. 4, 2008 – Presentation to the Administrators’ Forum.

• Apr. 2008 - Subcommittees produce a final draft of self-study. Steering committee meeting to discuss final draft.

• May 1, 2008 - Final draft of self-study instrument due to NCAA.

• Aug./Sept. 2008 - Respond to NCAA regarding preliminary issues, update campus community.

• Oct. 19-24 or 26-3, 2008 - Potential Peer Review Visit.
