About Navriti

Navriti has been founded by alumni of NIT, Trichy and IIM, Bangalore with rich experience in the field of education, assessments as well as technology.

Navriti is empanelled with DGET to conduct Construction assessments

Also empanelled with Apparel, Retail, Plumbing, Leather, Gem & Jewelry, Mining, Iron & Steel Sector Skill Council to deliver assessments for certifications for various schemes.

Navriti has partnered with CII for various skill assessments.

Navriti has conducted more than 1,10,000 assessments across diverse sectors ranging from Apparel, Automotive, Beauty, Construction, Electrical, Leather, Gem & Jewellery, Retail, IT, Mining, Rubber, Telecom etc.

The assessments can be delivered in two modes

Self Mode

The candidate is asked a set of questions for which the candidate keys in the responses on a sheet or an electronic device.

Assisted Mode

The assessor reads out the questions and the candidates responses are keyed in by the assessor on behalf of the candidate

Enabling measurement of candidates skills and abilities

Delivery is through a set of questions , wherein the assessor checks for participant skills and abilities.

The assessments would have two type of questions

Observational Questions

Checklist to be evaluated (as Yes/ No) based on observation of actions/ procedure followed by the candidate

Viva Questions

Assessor to evaluate (as Yes/ No) based on the responses shared by the candidate
