SENSORS & WEAPONSCOMMAND & CONTROLNCW optimises the use of sensor and weapon systems by fusing datafrom sensors on various platforms. This includes the optimised manage-ment of fl eet sensors to suit the battlespace environment and threats.

FORCE COMMAND AND CONTROLNCW allows the tactical commander to manage the operation by gene-rating real time tactical situation and optimising missions and weapondeployment.

FORCE COORDINATIONNCW enhances operation planning by improving mission planning andtasking in liaison with other services, including intelligence, and thecompilation of theatre situations.

The ageof communicationsintegration onboardplatforms is over.

The time has arrivedto integrate platformsinto communicationsnetworks.
