Shortly ufter war was declared, the Sebbees sCbttered allover the \iorld buildinr; camps, docks, navy yards, lundin~ strips, ·sublilurine base s, tank farms, and fill the myri ad of facili ties that it takes to carryon a modern Vlar. 'rile speeo. wi th which these f1ssir;nments were cOI:Ipleted fistounded thE; en­ emy, and even surpassed the hi~hest expectations of m~.ny of our ovm hir;h mili tary au thori ties.
