We are also certified partnersof Oracle and SAP, and have attained aMicrosoft gold competency. Short processes for lean, efficient stock flows.

Each customer is assigned a dedicatedproject manager to guide them throughtheir project from start to finish. Aftercarrying out an extensive analysis of thecurrent situation, a specificationdocument is drafted. During the processoptimisation phase, a SWOT analysis isperformed to identify optimal solutionsusing the PROLAG®World standard.Target processes are then visualised andthe project managers configure thestandard system, making anycustomisations required.

The performance test is an internal testwhich is carried out by the qualityassurance team based on establishedtest scenarios.

The basic training course provides anintroduction to PROLAG®World and isdesigned for staff, key users andadministrators. In the preliminaryacceptance phase, the completedsystem is verified by the customer. Theintegration test involves intensive on-site performance tests using real data.The system does not go live until theentire project team is satisfied with thetest results. During the go-live period,our team provides tailored support bytelephone or on-site.
