As you may remember from reading our last edition of News, we have formed a supply partnership with the leading UK manufacturer – Westminster Stone.

The new products that are now offered by Natural Paving include Westminster Stone’s Old Yorkshire Street Flags and Old Lancashire Flagstones, all available in project packs. These products are based upon reclaimed flagstones and are ideal to be used against period properties, or where a more cottage feel is required.

To support our partnership we have produced a new piece of A4 literature which has been designed to show case the range of Westminster Stone products that we are now able to offer to our customers, in mixed loads.

Each of the above Flag ranges are available in a simple 10 sq m project pack.

Old Provence Tiles are available in single sizes - 420 x 420mm, 420 x 210mm, 315 x 315mm and in a 2.31m diameter circle. This circle is also available with a squaring off kit (2.52 x 2.52m).

A range of fittings and accesories are also available to complement the most discerning project. Kerbstones, gulleys, mill stones and bullnosed steps will add the finishing touch!

Welcome to the Autumn edition of News

It is hard to believe that here we are putting our Autumn

Newsletter together with a distinct autumnal (or should

that be wintery?) feel to our weather! Whilst the long hot

summer we had been promised never quite materialised

it still seems amazing that we will soon start to hear the

countdown of weeks to Christmas.

But enough of how fast time goes! We, at Natural Paving

have had a very busy year, despite the economic climate,

and would like to thank all of our customers for their

business! We are looking forward to the winter during which time we will be developing our new product additions and enhancing our support packages to ensure that ourselves and our customers will be best placed to capitalise on the opportunities that will arise during 2010.

Although we all know that the world wide economic down turn has undoubtedly affected our industry, we still believe that it is important to have a presence at GLEE.

In addition to our own stand, our products will also be on show on the BALI stand. We very much appreciate the relationship we have with BALI as we too are committed to raising the standards within our industry!

15 Year Product Guarantee Now Available to all Approved Installers

This guarantee is designed to give our members a competitive advantage when quoting for work against contractors who are using other companies natural stone products where such guarantees are not offered.

In addition, our product guarantee is free to our Approved Installers!

The Process -

We will issue an individual product guarantee for each installation. This will ensure the consumer understands it is a very individual service, thus making our Approved Installers stand out from their competitors!

To receive the guarantee all we ask is -

1. The Approved Installer fills in a Product Guarantee Request Form (copies have be sent out via post and email to all of our members).

2. Send the form into our office via post or email to np@naturalpaving.co.uk

3. Include a copy of proof of purchase (eg a delivery note or invoice)

4. A receipt explaining the request has been received will be sent to the Approved Installer.

5. The guarantee will be sent directly to the consumer, with a copy being sent to the Approved Installer within 10 days of receipt of the request form.

At Natural Paving we are always keen to learn of and support any local marketing initiatives undertaken by our stockists.

So when we were approached by Ruscrete of Southampton to support their garden design competition we jumped at the chance.

Ruscrete ran a competition in The Southern Daily Echo for a reader to win a garden makeover worth £4,000.

We supplied a range of natural stone paving for the patio and pathway areas which complemented the overall design and provided a low maintenance garden for the owner.

The Natural Paving Approved Installer scheme has continued to grow from strength to strength! In addition to the many benefits offered by Natural Paving to our members, we are pleased to confirm that we will now offer a 15 year product guarantee on all of our natural stone paving used by our Approved Installers.

Natural Paving Launch New WebsiteWe are pleased to announce that our new website is now live!

Our objective was to produce an easy to use and uncomplicated website that portrays our full product

range including colours and accessory options. Additionally we have incorporated a portfolio of projects showing the use of our range of natural stone block paving, flag stones (hand cut and sawn), walling and edging.

We believe our new site will be of great benefit to our stockists and Approved Installers in helping them to communicate the diversity of our products to their customers. In addition, the site encourages consumers to contact us for details of their local stockists and Approved Installer, thus enabling us to generate leads for our customers.

Having conducted research in to finding out what our customers wanted us to incorporate in our new site we have included a downloadable pdf of our latest brochure and also the opportunity to view our brochure on line, using the latest page flip technology!

We will regularly be adding to the site with details of our new products and any projects we believe would be of interest to our customers.
