Vision• To provide expert advice in the Natural

Gas alternative fuel infrastructure development industry.

• To create a pathway for Natural Gas utilization as a fuel and energy alternative.

• To become a worldwide leader in the conversion to and land based distribution of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and Compressed Natural Gas (CNG).

Mission• To provide experience guidance in the development

of Natural Gas fueling infrastructure world wide.

• To provide Natural Gas alternative fuel energy pathway from production to delivery in areas where scales to economies offer maximum return on investment.

• To aid in the development of alternative fuel sourcing and infrastructure world wide.

• To provide an affordable alternative fuel strategy by installing and operating efficient systems of LNG conversion and distribution.

• To generate superior value for our clients, suppliers, shareholders, employees, and communities involved.

• To end dependency on foreign oil imports.

Strategy• To seek out projects containing metrics similar

to those proven successful in the past. Key elements in potential projects include:

– Large indigenous sources of natural gas without means of distribution.

– A healthy potential market of both industrial and residential customers currently having to settle for traditional fuel oils.

• To provide intellectual capital for use in the startup of each individual project and to retain an ownership percentage based on its contribution.

• We will oversee all aspects of design, marketing, and implementation as well as managing projects on an ongoing basis.

Natural Gas

Liquefied natural gas or LNG is natural gas that has been converted to liquid form for ease of storage or transport. The liquefaction process involves removal of certain components (such as dust, helium, or impurities that could cause difficulty downstream, e.g. water, and heavy hydrocarbons) and then condensed into a liquid at close to atmospheric pressure by cooling it to approximately -260 degrees Fahrenheit.

LNG is transported in specially designed cryogenic sea vessels or cryogenic road tankers; and stored in specially designed tanks. LNG is about 1/614th the volume of natural gas at standard temperature and pressure (STP), making it much more cost-efficient to transport over long distances where pipelines do not exist. Where moving natural gas by pipelines is not possible or economical, it can be transported by LNG vessels.

Natural GasCompressed Natural Gas (CNG) is a substitute for gasoline (petrol), diesel, or propane fuel. It is considered to be an environmentally "clean" alternative to those fuels and it is much safer than other motor fuels.

For example, in the event of a fuel spill: Natural gas is lighter than air, so it disperses quickly when leaked or spilled.

It is made by compressing natural gas (which is mainly composed of methane (CH4), by about 75%). It is stored and distributed in hard containers at 3,000 psi, usually in cylindrical or spherical shapes to maintain equal pressure on the walls of the containers.

In response to high fuel prices and environmental concerns, compressed natural gas is starting to be used in light-duty passenger vehicles and pickup trucks, medium-duty delivery trucks, and in transit and school buses.

Current & Potential Opportunities

• Lima, Peru, Production Project– Install 300 gpd LNG Production facility

– Create a commercial supply grid that will offer Natural Gas to areas and consumers that otherwise have not access to existing energy pipelines

– Capture approximately 10% of the transportation industry’s fuel utilization as LNG or CNG

– Capture approximately 30% of the Industrial industry’s fuel utilization

Page 12: Natural Gas Fuel Consulting Group

Current & Potential Opportunities• South Africa, Caribbean, South America

– Continue to identify locations that offer economies of scale for Natural Gas projects.

– Continue to identify locations rich in Natural Gas resources, lacking in energy extraction capabilities

– Continue to explore and generate world wide avenues of opportunity for Natural Gas fuel infrastructure.

– Continue to offer Natural Gas fuel and energy is locations that otherwise lack in energy capabilities.
