Save A Pit Bull
+ National Pit Bull Awareness Day A campaign in order to bring positive awareness and attention to
the American Pit Bull Terrier and their responsible owners. NPBAD was established as a day to educate and promote
responsible ownership of pit bulls. Since 2007, it has grown stronger year by year because of devoted
pit bull advocates. “As breed advocates, we have an obligation to show the public
what the media will not -- the truth.” In 2007, Bless the Bully’s introduced the idea of a national "pit bull
awareness day. To date, it is still the only nationwide event to positively support pit
bulls.
