meals not stated in the itinerary, beverages,
laundry and all other items of a personal
nature, optional tours. Increases due to
abnormal cost fluctuations and/or
circumstances beyond supplier control. Since
airfares and their conditions are subject to
change, other charges may apply.
CHANGES TO ITINERARY: We reserve
the right to vary itineraries, suppliers, vendors
and substitute the best alternate features
available. In the event of cancellation or
alteration of supplier itineraries, Harbor City
Travel & Tours does not assume
responsibility. The passenger contract shall
constitute the sole contract between carriers
and purchasers of these tours & cruises.

group offer however we cannot guarantee the
number of passengers that compose the group.

be notified of any health disability requiring
special attention.
SMOKING: Is not allowed on motor-
coaches or during group functions. Air flights

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: You
acknowledge and agree that the liability

corporation, d/b/a Harbor City Tours and
Harbor City Travel, 305 W. Hibiscus

0946 and/or its agents or co-operative co-sponsors of its tours is strictly limited to
that as described herein. Cobb
Management, Inc., d/b/a Harbor City
Travel & Tours shall not be liable for
any act, error, omission, accident,
damage, injury or loss resulting from any
cause related to acts of third parties,
including but not limited to any extra
costs or losses resulting from any
damage, expense or inconvenience
caused by delayed or cancelledtransportation services, changes of
schedule, strikes or other conditions
beyond the control of Harbor City Travel
& Tours. All suppliers of services are
independent and Harbor City Travel &
Tours neither owns nor operates any of
the suppliers of services. If any tour/
cruise must be withdrawn by Harbor City
Travel & Tours prior to beginning travel
date, Harbor City Travel & Tours
liability is limited to a refund of moniesreceived by us, exclusive of insurance. If
any tour/cruise must be withdrawn due to
carrier default, Harbor City Travel &
Tours liability is limited to a refund of
monies, if any, that has not yet been sent
to the defaulting supplier. Harbor City
Travel & Tours reserves the right not to
accept or retain as a tour passenger any
person whose condition or general
deportment impedes the operation of the
tour or affects the rights, welfare or

Terms & Conditions
TOUR COST: $2,999.00 based on double
occupancy. Single supplement is $850.00. There is
no reduction for a triple.
CREDIT CARDS: All major credit cards are
accepted for final payment. 1st deposit must be by
check or cash.
AIR TRANSPORTATION: Is included and will
be arranged in economy class from Orlando.
Motorcoach transfers will be included roundtrip
from Palm Bay to Orlando. Air schedules are not
available until approximately 4 to 8 weeks before
departure. Flights can be arranged from other cities
at lowest available fares. You will be advised if
any additional baggage costs or fuel charges are
assessed by the airline. You will be responsible for
any additional costs.
DOCUMENTS/FEES: U.S. Citizens are requiredto carry a Government issued photo I.D. such as a
drivers license. Please let us know if you are a
citizen of any other country.
CANCELLATION, CHANGES AND
REFUNDS: $250 per person for cancellations
after deposit is received. Cancellations 95 - 75
days before departure will be charged $500 per
person. Cancellations 74 to 22 days before
departure will be charged 50% , 21 to 8 days
before departure will be charged 75%, 7 days or
less - 100% of the total paid. Should you fail tocomplete the tour for any reason there are no
refunds for unused features. An additional charge
may apply for any alteration or revision you make
to your reservation after deposit and/or final
payment date.
CANCELLATION AND MEDICAL
INSURANCE: To protect yourself before and
during your trip against cancellation charges,
medical emergencies and carrier default (carrier
default goes into effect 14 days after purchase), we
offer group travel insurance as described in thenext column.
At a price of $165.00 up to age 59 and
$175.00 age 60 or older per person
double occupancy, $240.00 up to age
59 and $260.00 age 60 or older based
on single occupancy paid by check or
cash only.
Coverage includes trip cancellation up
to the amount purchased, $30,000
emergency medical & dental, $100,000
emergency medical transportation,
25,000 travel accident, $1,000
baggage, $200 baggage delay, $750
travel delay, $750 missed connection,
24 hour medical & travel assistance. A
doctor must certify at a personal
examination within 72 hours of
cancellation that you are unable to
travel and a statement to this effect will
be required for cancellation coverage.
The program WILL cover pre-existing
conditions and carrier default as long
as the insurance is purchased at the
time of your first deposit. All medical
benefits are defined to be in excess of
any other group or government
insurance you maintain. A $50.00
deductible is charged for outpatient
doctor visits. This is a brief description
of coverage and a policy will be given
to you with your documents. All terms
& conditions are explained in this
policy and it is your responsibility to
read and understand the coverage you
are purchasing. Other coverage
desired can be purchased on an
individual basis. Insurance is non-
refundable and non-transferable.
ESCORT: Tour will be escorted by
the Greater Palm Bay Senior Center
with a minimum of 30 passengers.
Deposit of $500.00 per person by check or cash
only is due at time of reservation.
Final payment can be made by check, cash or
credit card.
Final payment due by June 8, 2012

ITINERARY
DAY 1 - Thursday, August 30th - Depart Palm Bay for Las Vegas
This morning join us for a transfer from the Greater Palm Bay Senior Center to
Orlando, where we depart on our flight to Las Vegas, Nevada. Transfer is
provided to the tour hotel. Your Tour Director is there this afternoon. Meet at
6:00 p.m. for a Welcome Drink at the hotel.
DAY 2 - Friday, August 31st - Las Vegas / Zion & Bryce Canyon NationalParks
Todays journey takes you through St. George before reaching spectacular Zion
National Park for a visit to this lush green canyon. Next, on to Bryce Canyon
National Park where sandstone spires reflect colorful hues from every vista
point. Visit the amphitheater of hoodoos, oddly-shaped stone monoliths.

DAY 3 - Saturday, September 1st - Bryce / Salt Lake City
Journey north to Salt Lake City, the capital of the state of Utah. An afternoon
orientation tour takes you to historic Temple Square, where you view the Salt
Lake Tabernacle, home of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, the Assembly Hall
and the Visitor Center. This evening is at leisure; perhaps join an optional
dinner at the Lion House, with a visit to Beehive House office and home of
Brigham Young. (FB)
DAY 4 - Sunday, September 2nd - Salt Lake City / Jackson
Travel across the Oregon Trail, which was the only feasible route west in the
19th century, to Jackson, Wyoming. There is time to wander through this
authentic oldwestern town, framed dramatically by the Grand Tetons to the
north. This evening, enjoy a Highlight Dinner at a local restaurant in the town
square. (FB,HD)DAY 5 - Monday, September 3rd - Jackson/Grand Teton & Yellowstone
National Parks
This morning there is time for an optional guided float trip down the most
scenic stretch of the Snake River (seasonal). Then travel through striking Grand
Teton National Park on the way to Yellowstone National Park. Home to an
astounding variety of elk and bears, Yellowstone also has one of the few large
herds of buffalo still in existence. Tonight, visit the Abyss Pool, Thumb Paint
Pots and Fishing Cone. (FB,D) (When the South Entrance is closed due to
weather conditions, the tour will travel west from Jackson via Idaho and enter
Yellowstone National Park through the West Entrance).
DAY 6 - Tuesday, September 4th - Yellowstone National Park Sightseeing
Enjoy a full day tour of Yellowstone National Park. See the Grand Canyon of the
Yellowstone River, Hayden Valley, Midway Geyser Basin, mud pots, hot pools,
fumaroles and geysers. Also see the blast of Old Faithful Geyser, which erupts
about every hour and a quarter. (FB)
DAY 7 - Wednesday, September 5th - Yellowstone / Cody / Billings
Make your way to Cody, named after its most famous resident, Buffalo Bill Cody.Learn about his adventures during a visit to the Buffalo Bill Historical Center. Then
your journey continues to your hotel in the historic cattle town of Billings, Montana.
Tonight, get ready for some real Old West hospitality as you travel into the
countryside to meet your host, a life-long cowboy and entertainer, for a Youre
Personally Invited Cowboy Dinner. Youll be regaled with tales and ballads of the
Old West while your hearty dinner is cooked up cowboy-style. Join in the fun with
harmonica lessons and horseshoes and dress up in cowboy duds for a photo

DAY 8 - Thursday, September 6th - Billings / Deadwood / Rapid City
Your first stop today is at the Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument. Here,
in June 1876, Custer and his few men faced several thousand Native Americans in
battle. Then head into South Dakota where you stop at Deadwood and explore the
town aboard a narrated trolley. Then continue on to Rapid City. (FB)
DAY 9 - Friday, September 7th - Black Hills Excursion
The day begins with a journey through the Black Hills. Learn the story behind
Mount Rushmore, followed by incredible views of this amazing sculpture depicting
four great American Presidents. Next, stop at the Crazy Horse Memorial which
honors all Native Americans. This evening is at leisure. (FB)
DAY 10 - Saturday, September 8th - Rapid City / Denver
Drive through Black Hills National Forest where Ponderosa Pines, spruce and aspen
forests provide a home for a variety of wildlife. Your journey continues through the
grassland prairies of South Dakota and Wyoming as you make your way to
Colorados capital city Denver, also known as the Mile High City. This evening
enjoy a Farewell Dinner with your fellow travelers. (FB,FD)
DAY 11 - Sunday, September 9th - Depart Denver
This morning we depart for home. Transfers are provided to the Denver Airport and
from Orlando Airport to the Greater Palm Bay Senior Center. (FB)
