TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR NEFT/RTGS FUND TRANSFER FACILITY THROUGH BARODA CONNECT 1. These terms and conditions are in addition to terms and conditions for Baroda Connect. The User represents that he has read and understood the contents of Disclaimer, Privacy Policy and online Security tips available on the Bank of Baroda website. 2. These terms form the contract between the User and the Bank. By applying for NEFT/RTGS through Baroda Connect to access and utilize the various services so offered, the User acknowledges and accepts these terms. These terms will be in addition and not in derogation of the terms and conditions relating to any account of the User. 3. Bank of Baroda shall not be liable for any incomplete information provided by the User while transferring funds through online NEFT/RTGS using Baroda Connect. 4. The instructions issued for online fund transfer under NEFT/RTGS facility shall be irrevocable and the User understands that he/she shall not be entitled to revoke/cancel the same under any circumstances. 5. The User shall be solely liable and responsible for the correctness of all information pertaining to the Beneficiary and the Transaction. The User acknowledges that Bank of Baroda shall not be in a position to verify such information regarding the Beneficiary. 6. The transfer to RBI for NEFT will be done on the date of instruction or on the next working day. 7. The actual time taken to credit the Beneficiary account

   1. These terms and conditions are in addition to terms and conditions for Baroda Connect. The User represents that he has read and understood the contents of Disclaimer, Privacy Policy and online Security tips available on the Bank of Baroda website.

2. These terms form the contract between the User and the Bank. By applying for NEFT/RTGS through Baroda Connect to access and utilize the various services so offered, the User acknowledges and accepts these terms. These terms will be in addition and not in derogation of the terms and conditions relating to any account of the User.

3. Bank of Baroda shall not be liable for any incomplete information provided by the User while transferring funds through online NEFT/RTGS using Baroda Connect.

4. The instructions issued for online fund transfer under NEFT/RTGS facility shall be irrevocable and the User understands that he/she shall not be entitled to revoke/cancel the same under any circumstances.

5. The User shall be solely liable and responsible for the correctness of all information pertaining to the Beneficiary and the Transaction. The User acknowledges that Bank of Baroda shall not be in a position to verify such information regarding the Beneficiary.

6. The transfer to RBI for NEFT will be done on the date of instruction or on the next working day.

7. The actual time taken to credit the Beneficiary account depends on the time taken by the Beneficiary Bank to process the payment for which Bank of Baroda does not take any responsibility.

8. In case of any return/rejection of funds transferred, the same will be restored back to the account originally debited, however, the user confirms that any delay in receiving the credit upon such return/rejection Bank of Baroda shall not be liable to pay any compensation nor that will be deficiency of service.Further the charges already recovered will not be refunded in case return/rejection for reasons other than technical reasons.

9. The Customer hereby confirms that he/she shall not hold Bank of Baroda liable or responsible for delays/deficiencies in settlement of the Transaction due to system constraints, action of other parties or any other circumstances beyond the control of Bank of Baroda.

10. The User has an obligation to maintain secrecy in regard to User Id and Password registered

with Bank of Baroda. The User should keep his/her ID and password strictly confidential and should not divulge the same to any other person and after every use shall invariably logout from the system. As a matter of precaution User may avoid using PCs with public access and not leave the computer unattended during a valid session. Any loss sustained by the User due to non-compliance of this condition will be his/her own risk and responsibility and the Bank will not be liable for the same in any manner.

11. The rules and regulations applicable to normal banking transactions will be applicable mutatis mutandis for this facility. The facility cannot be claimed as a right and Bank of Baroda is offering this facility a discretionary service.

12. The User hereby confirms that, in accordance with extant regulation/laws, in the event the account sought to be debited is an NRO/Domestic account, the proceeds shall not be transferred to a NRE account and shall only be transferred to a NRO/Domestic Account. In the event, the account sought to be debited is a NRE account, the proceeds may be transferred to a NRE/NRO/Domestic account.

13. It is distinctly understood that the maximum amount that can be remitted through NEFT/RTGS using Baroda Connect is as under (subject to change by the Bank any time without notice)

14. The timing for online NEFT through Baroda Connect is as under

Facility Timings-Weekdays Timings-Saturdays

RTGS From 9:00 to 16:15 Hours From 9:00 to 13:15 Hours

NEFT From 9:00 to 18:45 Hours From 9:00 to 12:45 Hours

15. The User hereby confirms and agrees to pay charges for availing NEFT/RTGS through Baroda Connect and authorizes the Bank to debit the account towards payment of service charges.

16. Bank reserves the right to change/modify the cut off timing, charges, limits etc. or any process/procedures from time to time.
