Federal Recovery Support Functions (RSFs)
Purpose of the Recovery All-Hazards Plan:
• Document the Capability of Region III States to Recover from Disasters
• Document the Capacity of Federal Partners to Support the Post-Disaster Recovery of Region III States
• Document Objectives and Courses of Action that Federal Partners will adopt and take to Support Post-Disaster Recovery in Region III States
