National Delta Tau Alpha newsletter March 2004 Meet your National President born and raised in San Antonio, Texas hree younger brothers. I graduated high in 1995 and joined the Marine Corps as eman. I spent one year working with the ry Police and three with the infantry. I have o Australia, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, n and Thailand. I began at Sam Houston State in the Fall of 2000 to study Animal Science, which has long been a desire of mine. I became very involved in the Beef Cattle and Swine show teams. I have served in various officer positions for Ag Council, Block & Bridle, Collegiate FFA, and DTA.I am also currently on Livestock Judging team. I will begin an internship with the Natural Resource Conservation Service this summer, with plans to work for them full time when I graduate in August 2005. It looks like North Carolina State has planned some great activities and I am really looking forward to a fun and productive National Convention. It has been an honor and a pleasure for me to serve as your National President and to work with a great National Council for the past year. Spring is here!

Meet your

National President

I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas with three younger brothers. I graduated highschool in 1995 and joined the Marine Corps asa rifleman. I spent one year working with the Military Police and three with the infantry. I havebeen to Australia, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates,Bahrain and Thailand.

I began at Sam Houston State in the Fall of 2000 to study Animal Science, which has long been a desire of mine. I became very involved in the Beef Cattle and Swine show teams. I have served in various officer positions for Ag Council, Block & Bridle, Collegiate FFA, and DTA.I am also currently on Livestock Judging team. Chapter Chatters

We are looking at possibly running a valet parking service for the Alumni Cajun Festival as our next fundraiser.

We sold out of baked goods on the first day of our Feb. bake sale.

We are hosting a Quiz Bowl for the Ag Dept. on April 16.

We held a bake sale at the Cape GirardeauWal-Mart on Feb. 14.

We are assisting the Ag Alumni Association with the 1st annual Bearkat Classic Golf Tournament, to be held on Saturday, April 24.

While we progress in technology we lack humanity.
