Monitoring and Evaluation, Simulations
•Build synergy and advocate with other I/NGOs, UN agencies and governmental organizations for integrating the H2P issue in national disaster risk reduction plan
•Establish/strengthen linkages with partners working in the area of AI/PI
•Meet on a monthly basis in order to plan together, review progress, share feedback and provide support

Key Achievements
•Draft pandemic preparedness plan is prepared and submitted to EDCD and AICP for comments and finalization.
•Developed district pandemic preparedness plan in three district ( Parsa, Chitwan & Rupendehi).
• Disseminated messages in local FM in the three districts
• Supported NHEICC to develop IEC materials and disseminated.
CARE Nepal
•Developed and translated training manuals ( health workers and volunteers)
Conducted Training of Trainers at central level to H2P project staff and DPHO’s focal persons from 10 District
Organized district TOT in four districts ( Kanchnapur, Kailali, Banke and Jhapa ) to 101 health workers
Organized two days training to 302 health workers in three
districts (Jhapa, Kanchanpur & Banke)
