It is Network Situational Awareness NetSA offered to the common man as n-1-1 Public Services. The Homeland Heart Beacon exists due to several intuitive women whom have been channeling guidance often in the form of Native American Indian entities who have indicated that they are the energy behind the Homeland Heart Beacon and that the Homeland Heart Beacon is to help sustain the tribes. My corporate Shaman: Reverend Kathy Graves is an Interfaith Minister, conducts Native American type drumming sessions and is a member of the Circle of The Sacred Earth along with being a Master Reiki Practitioner. She has been the primary channel of what I have named the Homeland Heart Beacon that has featured “Great Deer”, a Buffalo, and General George Washington. On this side of the veil, the Homeland Heart Beacon is in the final publication stage as a method patent application that I did not have a clue I was going to write if not for another woman who is called “Linda the Psychic”. The Homeland Heart Beacon is an unsolicited proposal that is due a response from the Department of Homeland Security. My suggestion is that your organization consider the Homeland Heart Beacon in context with the Native American Disaster Network in context with the United Nations International Strategy for Disaster Reduction / Federal Communications Commission FCC
I have included a number of papers and briefings describing the Homeland Heart Beacon in the included CDROM that are available on the 5th tab of Simple Wins Concepts LLC’s Web Site http://sawconcepts.com/_wsn/page5.html. The papers include a recent essay contest application run by the Naval Post Graduate School: What advice concerning Homeland Security would you give the next presidential administration and why? The bottom line is that the Homeland Heart Beacon is simple a commercial adaptation of the US Army Communications and Electronics Research and Development Center CERDEC’s greatest invention that was used to capture Saddam Hussein that has been in use as the military’s Force Tracker for a decade. This system was adapted to handhelds (i.e., Blackberry, Palm devices) in 2004. My question to the DHS is: when and if will this system, software, product neutral procedure be offered to the private sector for interoperability, synchronicity and commonality? I recently discovered that this program is applicable to the world’s financial systems (e.g., the SWIFT financial transaction system set up between 41 HWB and Queen Beatrice of the Netherlands – owner of Royal Dutch Shell etc. It is in this context that I need your organization’s support or the Homeland Heart Beacon will never be offered to the common man.
The above logo was channeled by my corporate Shaman with the caveat that the content inside the triangle / pyramid is provided by myself and was the discretionary part. The left and right flanking triangles represent gifts from angels – the heartbeat and Cape Hatteras lighthouse. This logo along with many sessions with Reverend Kathy Graves over the years has yielded this presentation as my best attempt to visually describe our sessions.
