What is

National Congress?

National Congress is an annual conference aim to •  Reconnect, empower, and inspire AIESEC in Cambodia members through

bringing all members with different backgrounds, leadership roles, and LCs together and equipping or re-confirming them with knowledge, skills, practical understanding of AIESEC in Cambodia

•  Review & evaluate quarter 2 performance •  Empower the LC to strive for the last time to provide positive impacts

toward our society and for the legacy in their last quarter. The conference might be held on 25th-28th December 2014 with expected 150 delegates but the subjects can be surveyed and finalized later.

RESPONSIBILITIES: PROJECT MANAGEMENT: •  SET OUT AN ACTION PLAN FOR THE CONFERENCES WITH OC TEAM

(TIMELINE, MARKETING, LOGISTICS, BUDGET, DELEGATE SERVICE); •  OVERSEES AND MANAGES EXECUTION OF THE CONFERENCE SO THAT

OBJECTIVES AND GOALS ARE MET ON TIME AND WITHIN BUDGET; •  TRACK & REPORT PROGRESS UPDATES; •  TROUBLE-SHOOT ISSUES THROUGHOUT THE CONFERENCE PROCESSES; •  AND LEAD THE OC TEAM TO CREATE CONFERENCE REPORT FOR SPONSOR

AND CONF’ MANAGER TEAM MANAGEMENT: •  BE THE LINK BETWEEN CONF’ MANAGER AND OC; CO-SELECT THE OC; •  ORGANIZE REGULAR OC MEETINGS; MANAGE OCVPS' PERFORMANCE &

LEARNING; FACILITATE FEEDBACK-SHARING; TEAM MEETINGS AND OVERALL TEAM EXPERIENCE
