The initial objective of the effort was to further extend the work performed by BIVV in Belgium on the issue of drunk driving, resulting in the development of specifications for implementing the BOB-concept in other European Union countries.

The main objective was to enhance public awareness of the problem of drunk driving and gain public acceptance in a series of measures to avert this phenomenon.

Several activities were fulfilled: Collection of BOB-campaign material from Belgium(leaflets, posters,videotapes),translation and adaptation to the Greek reality.Development of content and s/w for the realisation of one-hour driving education course on drunk driving based on the “Bob” concept. Development of content and 30 minutes videotape against drunk driving to be shown at schools.
