While India has achieved considerable success in increasing primary school enrolment and improving input-based measures of school quality over the past 10 years, learning outcomes continue to be abysmally low.

Today India is growing in every field but still our country have children (5-10 year )

who are even not write words or add two numbers

Scope of the problem

Bad infrastructure .Lack of good teachers .Failure in implementation of government sachems.The reason to select this problem is to improvement

in primary level education .Education is the way of development of any country.

Causes of the problem

Schools have good building with all facilities like water ,play ground, art room, computer lab,liberary etc.

Smart classrooms with air , electricity, light, furniture

The syllabus of primary schools have to change which is currently not so interested. small children learnt more with fun then boring lectures and homework

Inspire teachers to teach children with stories, poems,songs,comics ,toys ,using computer videos, animation

ACADEMICS

All schools have well qualified and especially trained teachers for small children.

Education department have to provide excellent and interesting study material.

Teachers should have good command on his subject and he should have easiest way to explain his subject.

In every school there must be a monthly unit test , half yearly test and yearly test.

Toppers of every test should be awarded by giving some books ,sports kit etc.

School level competition, district level competition and state level competition should be organized.

Competitions of sports, music, academic, arts etc .

Free education of all students.School managment have to encourage all

students to come school continuosly.Proper and regular classes.A academic coordinator appointed at every

block.Academic coordinator have to check every

school in a week.

MANAGEMENT

school managment have to organize some visit to science center ,zoo, picnic.

conference of teachers must organized at state level so they can update themselves with techniques of teaching.

encourage the co-education

A government employee must appointed for Mid day meal.

That employee must be a professional cook.

From this action we can provide clean and healthy meal to children.
