Step1Gotowww.napatran.comandselect“TrackmyLoad”or“GetmyPOD”undertheCustomersTab

Step2IntheRealTimeLoadTrackingpage,clickonthe“CustomerPortal”link(ifyoualreadyhavea

login)orcompletetheCustomerLoadTrackingRequestForm.

Step3EnteryourlogincredentialstogainaccesstotheRealTimeTrackingSystem.Note:PleasebookmarktheCustomerPortalPagetoexpediteaccesstothissiteinthefuture.

Step4Onceloggedin,youwillhaveaccesstoyourloadinformation,viathe“Customer”Section,by

clickingonthepulldownlinktotherightoftheNAPATransportationLogo.

Step5aIfyouchoose“QuickFindOrder”,youwillbebroughttoapagewhereyoucansearchforyourloadbyReferenceorOrderNumber.Click“Search”afterenteringthepertinentcriteriaandyourload

detailswillbedisplayed.

Step6aThedetailsofyourloadwillbepresentedwithshipmentdetailinformationrelatedtoeachstop.Inthispage,youcanviewanyrelateddocumentsaswell,byclicking“ViewDocuments”.Thisis

whereyoucanfinddocumentssuchasProofofDeliveryorBillofLading.

Ifyouchoose“ViewActiveLoads”(or“ViewCompletedLoads”),intheCustomer/TrackingMenu,youwillbebroughttoapagewhereyouwillseealistofyourloadsbydaterange.Inthispage,youcan“ViewDetails”,“ViewDocuments”or“MapBreadcrumbs”[onlyonActiveLoads]fortheselectedload.

Step6bOnanactiveload,whenyouselect“MapBreadcrumbs”youwillbeabletoseethecheckcalls(usually

pinnedevery5minutes)relatedtotheTruckthatisinroute.
