The Market

The market for traditional Malaysian cakes are huge and we are growing each year. Frozen cakes products such as kuih pau, samosa, roti canai are currently being sold in the supermarket.

Majority of these demands are from the middle income class group and especially from families with working wives and bachelors.

Not many varieties of traditional Malaysian cakes are available yet at the moment. Ambang Dorongan Sdn. Bhd. (ADSB) hopes to fill in this gap by continuously introducing new and authentic traditional frozen cakes into the market place.

ADSB adalah dalam perniagaan pembuatan dan pengedaran hidangan tempatan beku menggunakan resipi tradisional yang sahih yang telah diturunkan ke atas generasi. Semua produk ADSB sedang dihasilkan menggunakan negeri yang terkini jentera seni dalam persekitaran yang bersih dan bersih. Nani's Frozen Food merupakan syarikat 100% bumiputera yang telah diusahakan oleh Pn. Rozaini binti Salleh. Syarikat ini ditubuhkan pada 15 Julai 2006 dan dikenali sebagai Ambang Dorongan Sdn Bhd. Kilangnya terletak di Gurun, Kedah Darul Aman. Begitu tabah Pn. Rozaini selama 2 tahun dapat mencapai kejayaan seperti hari ini.

Yang paling menarik sekali pada saya ialah produk makanan sejuk beku yang diusahakan oleh syarikat ini ialah kuih-muih tradisional orang Malaysia. Bayangkan kuih karipap, donut, cucur badak, apam, onde-onde, samosa dan pelbagai lagi telah disejuk bekukan untuk kemudahan pemakan-pemakan macam kita ni. Mungkin kita ni ada yang tak pernah tahu macam mana nak buat kuih-muih ini. Jadi dengan adanya kuih-muih tradisional sejuk beku ini, maka memudahkan kita untuk menyediakannya walaupun diwaktu-waktu yang tidak diduga seperti tiba-tiba saudara-mara datang malam-malam, keluarga mentua datang petang-petang, bolehlah kita menyeduakan kuih-muih ini dengan pantas.
