there", I have the tools and contacts to find it. I have excellent relationships with my fellow Realtors and will treat problems as opportunities. I will enter your requirements into an Instant Market Notification System which will notify you immediately, should a newly listed property reach the market or a price change occurs which brings a listed property into your price range. This information is “live”, directly from our local MLS – you won’t have worries about internet sites with stale data. I also check the MLS system regularly to see what properties you are receiving and how I may be able to creatively locate additional properties which will meet your needs.

If you are selling, let's look at what is going to work best for you in this market and I will work on some exciting ways to expose your home to the buying market. Of special interest to sellers is that I prefer to keep the number of listings I carry to under 20.  I am after quality, not quantity. I will make sure your home is well known to my fellow Realtors and I have a strong internet presence which will expose your home to wide national and international audiences. I strongly believe in the value of a virtual tour on each and every property I market and the virtual tour would not only be prominent on the tour site, but it would be syndicated to many prominent internet sites. Studies show a majority of buyers come from internet advertising and buyers have already done their research and they often come with a list of properties they have already selected. Virtual tours rank high in interest with those buyers.
