Individual listing HK$580 for all 4 issues of 2015 Studio listing HK$1,200 for all 4 issues of 2015 PUBLICATION DATES, BOOKING & MATERIAL DEADLINES Publication date Booking Deadline Material Deadline January December 1 December 10 April March 1 March 10 July June 1 June 10 October September 1 September 10 INSERTIONS $4,000 per page of insertion (205 mm x 292 mm, 100 grams max.) Insertions to be provided by client and delivered to our printer at advertiser’s expense. MATERIALS Cover & text – 100 gsm wood free paper CIRCULATION Approximately 3,500 copies are delivered to yoga studios, health clubs, restaurants and retail outlets in Hong Kong, and 1,500 copies are air mailed to studios and teachers in 32 other countries. PRINTING Black and white, Offset DIGITAL FILE REQUIREMENTS Advertising materials may be provided as black and white .jpg or .tiff image for PC or as text only (35 words or less) for listings. VISUAL APPROVAL The editor reserves the right to reject any advertisement. RESTRICTIONS A maximum of three advertisements per advertiser will be accepted per issue. PAYMENT Payments must be made in Hong Kong dollars: 1. By cheque payable to "Namaskar" and mailed to Carol Adams, 72C Yung Shue O Village, Sai Kung, Hong Kong 2. By online transfer to: Namaskar HSBC account number 809-669708-838 3. By telegraphic transfer to: Namaskar HSBC account number 809-669708-838 Bank code 004 SWIFT code HSBCHKHHHKH Bank address 1 Queen’s Road, Central, Hong Kong CANCELLATIONS No cancellations or refunds given, after the booking deadline. Advertisers are responsible for supplying digital files on or before the specified material deadline. If any advertiser fails to supply the necessary advertising materials on time, resulting in non-publishing of the booked advertisement, the advertiser is liable to pay the full cost of the advertising.
