The Midwest office property investment sales effort, led by Brian Nagle and Jerrod Wigal, has extensive experience in the marketing of office properties throughout the Midwest. Brian and Jerrod have a combined 40 years of experience in executing CBD and suburban office investment sales on behalf of institutional and private clients, both domestic and international. The team has completed over 170 Midwest office property sales totaling over 80 million square feet with an aggregate value exceeding $20 billion.

Brian Nagle serves as an Executive Vice President in Colliers International’s Investment Services Group. Brian has over 30 years of capital markets experience involving all forms of investment real estate and has successfully completed transactions with a total value of more than $20 billion.

BUSINESS BACKGROUND

Prior to joining Colliers, Brian spent twenty years with Cushman & Wakefield, most recently as executive director of the Capital Markets Group.

Prior to Cushman, Brian spent the ten years with The Balcor Company, rising to managing director responsible for investing equity capital in real estate transactions nationwide.

AREA OF EXPERTISE

Jerrod is a Senior Associate in Colliers International’s Midwest Investment Services Group, specializing in the sale of office investment properties throughout Chicago and secondary Midwest markets. Since 2004, he has been involved in over 50 sale transactions representing 22.4 million square feet and over $3.9 billion in value. Jerrod has represented a variety of investors including REITs, pension fund advisors, opportunity funds and private investors in transactions ranging from trophy CBD office towers to single-tenant suburban offices.

BUSINESS BACKGROUND

Prior to joining Colliers, Jerrod was an associate director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Midwest Capital Markets Group, where he specialized in the valuation and underwriting of major office dispositions. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Wigal was an analyst with a private real estate investor based in Chicago. While there, he was involved in the acquisition and refinancing of office, mixed-use and multifamily properties throughout the United States, in addition to a number of asset management responsibilities.
