User Support
• Personal induction and support for users in Israel from various scientific fields (biology, physics, computer science)
• Find solutions for users transferring their special applications to the grid

Additional challenges
• Assimilation is needed after induction
• Library of examples from different domains
• Solution for short tasks (not thru RB)
• Resources (like DB) are not standard in VOs
• User’s registration process is too long (and not online):– UI user– Certificate– Registration for a VO
